Verdello cooks what the market gives us: vegetables over fire, fish from the morning boats, bread baked twice a day. The menu changes when the seasons do, and sometimes sooner.
The wine list leans natural, mostly small growers, always poured with an opinion. Come early, stay late — the citrus trees are patient.
The long table
One table under the vines, twenty-two seats, a set menu built around your evening. Book the garden for birthdays, weddings the size of dinners, or no reason at all.
